IL HEALS White Papers
The IL HEALS (Helping Everyone Access Linked Systems) initiative focuses on enhancing our system of care in southern Illinois to improve the care provided to victims of adversity in childhood. As part of this work, many coalitions, councils, or systems of care in southern Illinois have come together to create White papers recommending systemic and organizational improvements to meet the needs of victims of adversity in childhood.
The Stress & Trauma Treatment Center has the authority to use contributions made to the agency for purposes at our discretion and consistent with our tax exempt cause.
