We offer our employees highly competitive salaries and benefit packages to help you take care of yourself and your family.
Our agency prioritizes the well-being of our staff. We offer staff frequent social events, a work buddy program, and consistent systems for recognition and appreciation.
We prioritize continuing education around evidence-based best practices for Mental Health clinicians. We offer frequent training opportunities so employees can continue to learn and grow.
There are three main pathways staff can access to have your student loans forgiven or repaid when you work here.
1. Our agency qualifies as a National Health Service Corp Site that provides student loan repayment opportunities.
2. We are also approved for the Community Behavioral Health Care Program and employees can apply for loan forgiveness through this organziation.
3. Finally, we are also an approved work site for the Public Service Student Loan Repayment program.
Take action to help others on their journey to build a healthy life in recovery from substance use disorders.
The Stress and Trauma Treatment Center is looking for people to give their time and talent to offer peer support to others in their recovery journey.
As a part of Recovery Corps, you’ll aid people as they work to achieve their personal recovery goals in areas such as housing, employment and education. Recovery Navigators are peers who sit side by side with the people they are serving. Individuals who have lived experience with building a life in recovery are encouraged to apply.
Recovery Navigators serve full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (25 hours per week), with opportunities to begin service in July, September or January. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to give back or gain professional experience in the recovery field.
